- Fully automated through specially developed program control with clear terminal for all functions and settings.
- Clean and precise operation due to recirculation and avoidance of material losses.
Best forage quality
Above all, the finished and wrapped bale speaks for the quality of the machine:
- Best forage quality due to high compaction and fast air exclusion.
- Dimensional stability due to high baling density as well as precise binding and wrapping.
- Compact bale size with 0.60 x 0.60 m for small forage units.
Setup & Material Flow
A significant highlight of the LT-Master F60 is that it is immediately ready for use! With the double-acting control unit on the tractor, the machine is lowered, the PTO is switched on and the bunker of the LT-Master F60 can be filled. Under optimal operating conditions, up to 90 bales per hour can be baled and wrapped.
The LT-Master F60 is connected to the tractor with a lower linkage link drawbar. The baler-wraper combination is driven by a cardan shaft.
The spacious bunker can hold up to 3.5 m³ of material.
The material is metered via the steep elevator and conveyed into the bale chamber.
Once the film has been cut off and the bale wrapped, the wrapping table tilts towards the bale delivery ramp and deposits it neatly.
Highlights feeding system & dosing
Spacious bunker
The 3.5 m³ bunker provides sufficient buffer to be able to feed the machine permanently. This prevents the LT-Master F60 from coming to a standstill. With the viewing windows, the filling level can be monitored at any time.
Steep elevator
The material is fed into the bale chamber in perfectly metered quantities via the steep elevator. The galvanized, drop-forged scraper floor chains from Rübig are virtually indestructible.
Refeed conveyor
The new refeed belt made of PVC and with a U-profile runs under the entire machine, catches losses and guides them cleanly back into the bunker. From there, the material is processed again.
Highlights baler
Hydraulically powered bale chamber
The hydraulically powered bale chamber favors a machine-friendlier way of working and also reduces the noise level of the baler-wrapper combination. What‘s more, the hydraulic drive enables the user to choose between different speeds during baling and binding (4 levels respectively). This means that the machine can be better adapted to the different materials and conditions, saving time and energy.
Fixed chamber baler with endless belt
The rollers of the fixed chamber are surrounded by a continuous endless belt. This minimizes material losses. The belt tension can be adjusted hydraulically, helping to ensure a reliable bale start and good bale ejection.
High bale density
The 4.5 mm thick steel rollers ensure optimum processing of the material and high bale density. The driven rollers are equipped with a ribbed profile, which guarantees secure rotation of the bale. Large dimensioned and sealed spherical roller bearings with bearing labyrinth ensure a long service life.
Net or film
An efficient binding system is needed to keep a bale in perfect condition. The LT-Master F60 is equipped as standard with a combined dual binding unit for 750 mm net and film.
Highlights wrapper
Hydraulically tilting wrapping table
When the bale is transferred, the tailgate opens downward and the wrapping table tilts toward the bale. The bale is transferred directly, quickly and gently. Conveyor belts and bale guide rollers always guarantee continuous advance of the bale and thus uniform overlapping of the film. For bale placement, the wrapping table swivels the bale onto the bale delivery ramp.
Twin wrapping arm
The standard double wrapping arm with 2 x 375 mm film pre-stretchers wraps the 60 cm bales in the shortest possible time. More bales per roll of film are the result of the patented plastic rollers.
Bale delivery ramp
The mechanically lowerable bale delivery ramp ensures a gentle bale deposit.
Film cutter
The stainless cutting knife guarantees precise cutting of the film. The film holder fixes the film and ensures easy release. Thus, there are no jammed film residues.
Film monitoring and single-film mode
If a roll of film runs out or the film tears, the feed rate of the wrapping table is reduced until a 50% overlap is guaranteed once more. This allows bale wrapping to be completed without interruption. If both film rolls run out or tear, the film monitoring stops the wrapping process.
Transport
Drawbar & Lift axle
The drawbar is connected to the towing vehicle with a lower link hitch and swings out to the left or right up to 90°. This makes it easy to fill the hopper from all sides.
The lift axle with 380/55-R17 AW tires can be swiveled hydraulically and lowers into the working position to minimize the filling height into the bunker.
Control System
Program control PROFI with PROFI plus L handset
The LT-Master F60 is operated with the PROFI plus L handset. The user interface is structured intuitively and enables easy operation of the machine. The entire work process as well as the machine settings are depicted via the display.
Materials
Maize silage is produced using the entire corn plant and serves as one of the most important staple feeds for livestock with high milk yields. Corn silage provides particularly nutritious energy in the form of starch from crushed corn grains and is also very rich in fiber. In this way, corn silage provides the optimal conditions for achieving maximum milk or fattening yields. Particularly at temperatures above 15 degrees Celsius, the feed can deteriorate in quality due to the high activity of microbacteria.
CCM (corn-cob-mix) is an excellent energy feed made from the cob and kernels of the corn cob. It is used to feed pigs, cattle, and other small ruminants. CCM silage offers the maximum energy concentration through additional starch and has an excellent price-performance ratio in comparison with traditional concentrated feed. The crushing of corn grains gives the feed more structure and makes it very easy for livestock to pick up. Due to their compact shape, CCM silage bales are perfectly easy to handle and also ideally suited to feeding in smaller quantities.
Grass silage serves as the most important staple forage for livestock. The feed is made from an optimal combination of sweet grasses, herbs, and clover. Grass types with a high sugar content guarantee a good fermentation process.
Alongside corn silage, alfalfa silage is one of the most important basic feed components in cattle feeding. High feed intake as well as particularly high structural effectiveness contributes to substantial cattle milk yields. The cultivation of alfalfa offers high yield security and also improves the quality of the soil. However, its low sugar content makes alfalfa very difficult to preserve using traditional methods.
Pressed sugar beet pulp silages are characterized by a very high energy content, they are easily digestible, and impress with their palatability. They are an ideal supplement to grass silages since they have a negative ruminal nitrogen balance and thereby compensate for the protein balance in the stomach. Pressed beet pulp silages have very low lactic acid content and therefore also a very low total acidity. High compression as well as clean processing while still warm are hugely important for silage quality.
A TMR contains a balanced mix of staple forage and concentrated feed. Dry matter content and energy content are perfectly coordinated. TM rations have a very positive effect on milk yields and animal health. Previously fermented silages are mixed and ensiled again for stockpiling TMR. The LT-Master F115 can be used to produce TMR inventory quickly, easily, and inexpensively. It is transportable and therefore an ideal solution for trade.
